In consideration of this entry being accepted, I, for myself, my heirs, executors & assignees, do hereby waive and release all rights I may have against The Athlete’s Closet, it’s agents, representatives, sponsors, and volunteers, for any and all claims for injuries, losses or damages that may result directly or indirectly from my participation in these events.  Also, none of the above is responsible for loss of personal items, nor any other personal aggravation incurred in connection with this event.
